I buy these two ingredients every week:
Atlantic salmon, skin off; and Hakubaku Udon noodles (they happen to be organic).
Cook salmon in a little olive oil. Boil your noodles, drain. Microwave some broccoli & snowpeas. Flake the salmon in the pan. Combine all ingredients with the salmon in the pan, add a little soy sauce, stir through.
Mr. 1’s serve is slightly bamix-ed.
We all eat this meal & the kids devour it. Too easy!
