A Heart-Shaped Leaf

Martin took James to the park this afternoon and he came back with his hat full of leaves, gum nuts and a few sticks.  He ran in shouting ‘Mummy, Mummy’ and tipped the contents of his hat over our bed to hurriedly find one leaf he said he had just for me.  This was my special leaf:

James proudly held it up to me ‘look Mummy, it’s shaped like a heart, for LOVE.  This one is for you, Mummy!’  🙂  We sometimes talk about his heart and how you feel love inside your heart.  What a beautiful gift, I couldn’t have had a nicer gift from my 3 year old son!
